While trying to convince the FBI that giant ants are kidnapping and enslaving the citizens of Cincinnati, twins Wally and Cheyenne Shluffmuffin, with the help of their vampire father, escape the clutches of the enormous ghouls who want to adopt--and eat--them.

Although a paid assassin is stalking Wally while his twin sister Cheyenne is under the power of the queen ont, it is up to them, their vampire Dad, and their friends to save the human race from the giant onts.

Having been reunited with their zombie father only to have him turn into a vampire after drinking an experimental elixir of life, the ten-year-old Shluffmuffin twins continue to try to elude the giant ants who want to enslave all humans.

Ten-year-old orphan twins Wally and Cheyenne Shluffmuffin have a had it bad at Cincinnati's Jolly Days Orphanage, but things get much worse when the Mandible sisters offer to share their home in the Dripping Fang Forest.
